HOW DOES IT WORK?

We all provide some form of labour. You can think of work, sports, illness or stress. The ability to recover from this determines whether you stay fit or become more tired. As your recovery capacity declines, you reach a level of fatigue where a simple task such as processing your emails or just climbing up the stairs feels like an enormous undertaking. We provide insight into your recovery process and help to repair and improve it. The moment you are able to recover better, mental guidance is more effective.

Step 1. Intake

This is a personal meeting with your trainer where your goals and complaints are mapped out. In addition, we do a rest and stress measurement test so that we can provide you insights into how you function at rest and under stress. This is followed by an exercise test (VO2max) to determine your ideal personal values and limits. Based on the data obtained, we advise which program suits you best.

Step 2. Program

Based on the results of the intake and your daily rest measurements through our app, we help you balance your physical activity with your stress activity. This is done under the expert guidance of your personal trainer through cardio training within your capacity. If exercising becomes difficult, we will give you extra oxygen with our oxygen generator. This way you are better able to move and recover.

Step 3. Vitality

At the end of the program you will be well balanced again and able to stay that way. You can easily switch between work (work, stress and sports) and relaxation, even when life gets busier again.
