FAQ
When can I start?
Once you have clearance from your care provider—often after the 6‑week check; after a C‑section it can be a bit later
Will this work with little sleep?
Yes. We match the load to your recovery and energy
Does this help with diastasis?
We train breathing, pressure management and targeted strength. We involve a pelvic physio when helpful.
Can I bring my baby?
That’s fine. We’ll plan it practically.
